C omparison- 2c A difference between traditional techniques  and digital publishing is that, with traditional techniques , like etching where you draw on a metal plaque, all done by hand, and it is very complicated as it takes a very long time, comparing to digital techniques which is done all by machine. So you can just click one button and it will automatically print for you, whatever you want , whenever you want. Another comparison is that when journalists write newspapers for the public there had to handwrite it and print all of it, and send it away, so the news would have been really late, compared to now, now you can use softwares, like quarkxpress or some people use adobe indesign both really ideal for newspapers, and with newspapers there can write a newspaper over night and it will be printed over night so it would be all ready fresh and all up to date. Comparison One comparison is An e magazine and and e-newspaper as there both are online of something that that can be read non-digitally.Also the purposes are both in order to entertain people, and inform what's going in with the world. A difference between an e-mag and a r-newspaper is the fact that the main reason for an e-mag is informal as it focuses on gossip, with the front cover there is more pictures than text, whilst an e-newspaper is different there is more text then pictures also with an e-mag the colour scheme is mainly black and white,  contrasting to an e- mag there are many different colours Another comparison between digital products are flyers and adverts, the similarities are that they're both promote a certain topic, for example a flyer could promote a festival while a advert could promote a can of coke, . A difference is that adverts are commonly given out to the public, adverts on mostly shown on the tv or billboards.
